Do I need to book before my visit?
Reservations are not required. A ticket office is available at the site reception.

The museum is partially accessible. There is an access ramp with a slope of 23%. The person in a wheelchair must be accompanied.

There is an access ramp and there are very few steps during the tour.
Are dogs allowed in the museum?
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are entitled to accompany their master, as are small dogs, if they are carried and remain in a basket or backpack during the entire visit on site.
How late can I get in?
From May 1st to September 15th, I can buy my ticket until 5:30pm and get out at 6:30pm.

When can I attend a guided tour?
On Saturdays and Sundays there is a guided tour at 3.30 pm. During school holidays in France, tours are scheduled every day.

Can we have lunch in the museum?
Picnics are not allowed in the museum. If you are hungry, there is a bar with some treats and a terrace to enjoy.

Can we eat in the museum?
Hot dishes are available throughout the day, served in wooden boxes. In 2023 we offer: Moussaka, Childhood Delights 'ham-mash' and vegetarian lasagna.
Cold or hot drinks with or without alcohol, seasonal ice creams and snacks are available.
