Subject to availability, a reservation is subject to a reservation contract sent by post or email, with the following mandatory handwritten information: date, signature and stamp for establishments. To benefit from preferential rates, a reservation is required for a free visit 1 week before, and 3 weeks before for a guided tour
During the day, our entertainment products and other services cannot be chosen without reserving a selfguided tour.
In the evening, our entertainment products and other services may be chosen on their own.

The audio media guide comes in tablet form. A deposit of 200 € per rented device is required on the day of the visit. The deposit can be made in cash or credit card. In the event of theft or breakage, the actual amount of replacement of the device or repairs will be charged.
Invoicing and payment
In compliance with the French law N°98-1442 (31/12/1992), every late payment over 30 days after the invoicing date will lead to the application of a charge that is equivalent to 3,5 times the legal rate of interest. In case of late payment, the lump sum for recovery costs due to the creditor is 40 €.
It is possible to pay your invoice the day of your visit at the ticket office, by cash or by debit card.
In case of deferred payment, the customer has to give the commitment of its institution to pay the sum (money order, voucher, order form…). Without this document, it is not possible to enter in the museum. The payment is made by bank transfer.
Guided tour : the reservation can be canceled in writing up to 7 days before the visit.
If the cancellation occurs between the 6th day and the day of the visit, 30% of the total amount of the reservation is charged (amount indicated on the reservation contract).
Self guided visit: the reservation can be canceled in writing up to 2 days before the visit. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the visit, 30% of the total amount of the reservation is charged (amount indicated on the reservation contract).
The museum accepts no responsibility for losses or thefts of goods belonging to visitors. Visitors are responsible for every damage or deterioration that they could make in the site, especially if they do not respect our rules and regulations due to their acts or due to people or objects that they are responsible of.
In the booking contract, the data marked with an asterisk must be provided. Otherwise, we cannot contact you if necessary.
These data are kept for 4 years.
