Booking

• Groups, Tour Operators, Schools, and Specialized Care Facilities: Subject to availability, bookings are finalized through a reservation contract sent by mail or email. This document must be returned with the following mandatory handwritten mentions: date, signature, and the organization's official stamp. To benefit from preferential rates, booking is mandatory at least 1 week in advance for self-guided tours and 3 weeks in advance for guided tours.
• Groups: A guided tour reservation is considered firm only upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount. This deposit can be paid by check (payable to Rochemenier Village Troglodytique) or by bank transfer. The deposit must be paid at least 3 weeks before the visit. Without this deposit, the tour will not be guided.

Rates

During the day, entertainment products and other services cannot be booked without a self-guided tour reservation. In the evening, entertainment products and other services may be booked independently. All our rates are available on our website: www.troglodyte.fr.

Invoicing and Payment

In accordance with Law No. 98-1442 of 31/12/1992, any payment delay exceeding 30 days after the invoice date will result in a penalty equal to three and a half times the legal interest rate. A flat-rate indemnity of €40 for recovery costs will also be due in case of late payment.

Invoices are payable on the day of the visit at the museum ticket office by cash or credit card.

In the case of deferred payment, the client must present upon arrival a formal commitment from their institution to settle the amount (mandate, voucher, exchange note, purchase order, etc.). Without this document, access to the Musée Troglo will be refused. Payment must then be made by bank transfer.

Cancellation

Guided Tours: Reservations may be canceled in writing up to 7 days before the visit.

• Groups: If cancellation occurs between the 6th day and the day of the visit, the 30% deposit will be retained.
• Tour Operators, Specialized Care Facilities, Schools: If cancellation occurs between the 6th day and the day of the visit, 30% of the total booking amount (as indicated on the contract) will be invoiced.

Self-Guided Tours:

• Groups, Tour Operators, Schools, Specialized Care Facilities: Reservations may be canceled in writing up to 2 days before the visit. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the visit, 30% of the total booking amount will be invoiced.

Insurance

The Musée Troglo declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of visitors' belongings. Visitors are responsible for any damage or degradation they may cause within the site, particularly through non-compliance with our internal regulations, whether caused by themselves or by persons or objects in their care.

Private Data

In the reservation contract, data marked with an asterisk must be provided. Failure to do so prevents us from contacting you if necessary. This data is stored for 4 years.

You may access, rectify, request the deletion of your data, or exercise your right to limit its processing. To exercise these rights or for any questions regarding the processing of your data, please contact the Musée Troglo: visite@troglodyte.fr.
